European Athletics President Svein Arne Hansen and Dobromir Karamarinov attended the Balkan Marathon Championships in Podgorica, Montenegro. They met with the Mayor Slavoljub Stijepovic, Vice Mayor Boris Mugosa and other high authorities who agreed to find a way to build an athletics stadium in Podgorica.
